The EPC is changing - What you need to know and what’s changed.

Later this month (Sept 2020) will see the arrival of the new style EPC. Since their introduction back in 2007 there has already been a number of style, design and content changes to the EPC but this latest one is in many ways the most radical.

With a much more slimmed down style and less detailed information it almost seems initially to us as a bit of a backward step but having not actully produced one as yet in the new format we will reserve judgement until later. One of the main changes is that the new EPC will only be available as a URL link, this is something at NN Home Energy Surveys that we have been doing for our clients for some time and have always had a favourable response to.
