How long until I receive my EPC?

Wherever possible we aim to email the EPC link to our clients within 24hrs from the time of the site visit. There may be exceptions to this if we need to make further enquiries about anything but we will keep you updated at all times. Check out this blog article here on getting an EPC quickly.

We know that many of our clients require an EPC quickly in order to finalise their sale or purchase so that’s why we will whenever possible arrange appointments at a time to suit you including early mornings, evenings or weekends.

We will aim to upload the EPC to the government register on the same day that the survey is carried and this is possible on most occasions. We will then send you an email which includes a receipt for your payment and a link to your property on the national EPC register.

The only times we may need to delay uploading the certificate will mainly be if we require additional information from you as some information is critical in getting an accurate EPC, so therefore we will need to wait until this is received.

We also require full payment before we can upload the certificate so please where possible pay by card or cash on the day or we can send you an invoice in advance of our visit to avoid any unnecessary delays in supplying the final EPC.
